Pawlinaa is owned and operated by Tianjin Fangqi Trading Co., Ltd. (doing business as Pawlinaa), the seller of record for all purchases on this website. Registered address: Room 1305-B, Building 1, Qinglin Building, South of Dongjiang Road, Hexi District, Tianjin, China.

[02]  Products

Pawlinaa sells women’s clothing — including dresses, tops, bottoms, outerwear and seasonal wardrobe staples — subject to availability. Colors and fits may vary slightly from what a screen shows; please use the size chart before ordering.

[03]  Use and care

Please follow the care label on each garment to keep fabric and fit in good condition. Washing, drying or ironing instructions differ by material; Pawlinaa is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow the care label.

[04]  Conduct

You agree not to impersonate anyone, upload harmful code, scrape or resell site content without written permission, or use the site for anything unlawful.

[05]  Intellectual property

Site content — text, graphics, logos and product designs — belongs to Tianjin Fangqi Trading Co., Ltd. or its licensors.

[06]  Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you actually paid for the products in question.

[07]  Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are first settled by good-faith negotiation via service@pawlinaa.com; if not resolved, they go to the competent courts of Tianjin.
