1.  How do I find my size?

Each product page has a size chart with body measurements. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit. Our team can also help — just email us your measurements and the item.

2.  How quickly are orders processed?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. At busy times it can take a little longer and we will keep you informed.

3.  How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is about 7–12 business days after dispatch for most destinations; remote areas may take a few days more.

4.  Is shipping free?

Free standard shipping applies to orders over $69. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and chosen method.

5.  How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

6.  What if my parcel is late or lost?

Email service@pawlinaa.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier and sort it out. A "Delivered" status alone does not close the case if you have not received your parcel.

7.  Can I return a garment if it does not fit?

Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, unworn and with tags in place. Email us to start a return and we will send the correct return address.

8.  When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

9.  How should I care for my clothes?

Follow the care label on each garment. Generally, wash in cold water, avoid high-heat drying, and iron on low where needed to keep fabric and fit in good condition.

10.  Can I cancel or change my order? 

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Once shipped, please follow our Return Policy. Email us as soon as possible; once shipped, our return policy applies.
